Marketing Executive (Full or Part Time)

The Shona Project‍ ‍was founded with one simple belief: every girl deserves to believe that she has everything inside her to achieve her potential.

Over the past decade, we’ve become one of Ireland’s leading youth organisations supporting teenage girls through the challenges of growing up in today’s world. Through school programmes, large-scale events, digital content, mentoring and community initiatives, we’ve reached hundreds of thousands of young people across Ireland, creating spaces where girls feel seen, heard and supported.

At The Shona Project, we don’t believe girls need fixing. We believe they need honest conversations, positive role models, supportive communities and the confidence to trust themselves. Every week, we work directly with girls in schools and communities across the country. Our vision is to build a world where every girl in Ireland feels confident enough to take up space, curious enough to question the world around her, and supported enough to become whoever she wants to be.

We are building more than programmes. We are building a generation of young women who know their worth, back themselves and back each other.
